Industrial blades, matched to the machine and material.

Ironclad supports Australian recycling, plastics, timber and processing businesses with custom Xiaote industrial blades—using drawings, dimensions or samples to identify the required geometry and application.

Industrial blade range

Replacement and custom cutting components.

The first step is confirming the machine, blade arrangement, processed material, dimensions and operating duty. Ironclad coordinates the Australian enquiry and engineering information; manufacture is matched to the agreed blade specification.

Start with evidence

Send a drawing, dimensions or a sample.

For replacement blades, accurate identification matters more than a product name. Existing drawings are preferred. Where they are unavailable, clear dimensions, photographs and an existing blade sample can support the quotation process.

  • Machine make, model and blade position
  • Blade drawing or critical dimensions
  • Processed material and operating duty
  • Existing blade material or hardness, if known
  • Required quantity and delivery location

Trial before wider rollout

A small initial quantity may be quoted at minimal production cost so the customer can assess fit, wear life, quality and cost efficiency before considering normal-volume supply.

The trial is not free and no service-life result is guaranteed. The objective is to compare performance under the customer’s actual operating conditions.

Ironclad support

A technical path from identification to trial.

Ironclad brings mechanical engineering and manufacturing experience to the enquiry, helping translate the customer’s machine information into a clearer blade specification and trial plan.

Application review

Confirm the equipment, cutting duty, material processed and known blade problems.

Specification capture

Collate drawings, dimensions, samples, photographs, quantities and delivery requirements.

Manufacturing coordination

Coordinate the enquiry with Xiaote and clarify technical information required for quotation.

Trial feedback

Use actual operating feedback to assess whether broader supply is justified.
